Group Plant Walks
At no other time in history has there been more information available on how and why plants act as medicines. Through both ethnobotanical and modern findings we are able to get a fairly clear idea of what the plants do and how they do it. Edible and medicinal usages, identification, collection, preparations, and cautions will be discussed.
It is usually said amongst outdoor survival types that finding food in the desert is really no problem; it's the water you have to worry about. So true. Not only will we cover the desert's edible abundance but also find out how to source water from cacti (it does not involve marring a Saguaro with a spigot)!
